Level Up Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic warehouse operatives on behalf of our client based just outside of Nottingham. Due to location, own transprt is advised as limited public transport at shift times. You will be unloading vehicles, picking products, packing and processing orders, some heavy lifting involved.

2 shifts available, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm


Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting duties to handle materials and stock within the warehouse
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System to track inventory and manage stock levels efficiently
• Engage in picking and packing orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage during transportation or storage
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks
• Assemble, build, and package products according to specifications
• Operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks consistently
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
• Proficiency in materials handling techniques to ensure safety and efficiency
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes
• Experience in using forklifts (plus) and other warehouse equipment safely
• Strong mechanical aptitude to address minor equipment malfunctions efficiently
