You are:

An enthusiastic individual who has worked in a target-driven environment before, perhaps as a canvasser / telemarketer / charity collector, with a 'roll your sleeves up' attitude to work.

You are interested in learning more about the law, legal liability and Insurance Claims and may well have an A level or degree in Law.

You're naturally organised and can prioritise effectively with a mature attitude towards work and targets, and convey a professional and friendly manner to clients and colleagues at all times.

You must have:

Excellent written and verbal skills
Grade A-C in English and maths at GCSE
A professional approach to work, colleagues and clients
A desire to do well, exceed targets and impress in the role
Experience in Credit Hire is desirable but not essential
A degree of A level in Law is desirable but not essential

You will:

be the first point of contact for our clients which are all large insurance companies, and you will manage your own caseload of claims relating to road traffic accidents with the aim of recovering money on behalf of our clients.

You will deal with the initial stages of the claim - establishing liability, obtaining witness statements and police reports where necessary.

Once the initial stages are finalised, you will either pass the case over to another team to complete, or else will be able to close the case yourself, depending on the circumstances
