- To provide Desktop Support Services on site for the client
Experience
- Proven Experience of Break-Fix Engineering
- Microsoft desktop
- Office 365 administration and support
- Active Directory
- Demonstrable experience negotiating difficult situations to a successful conclusion
Skills
- Common sense approach, professional attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels and give clear instructions (written and verbal)
- Keen attention to detail
- Analytical and methodical
- Ability to work under own initiative and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Approachable and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
- Strong technical aptitude with eagerness to learn new skills
- Selfstarter who can help to formulate tactical plans to achieve department strategy
Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation (desirable)
- Comptia A+
- Microsoft Office/Windows 10/365
