At CICD - College for International Co-operation and Development - we offer a number of innovative programmes, open for people from all walks of life and with different background and nationality.

The focus is on planet protection and sustainable development.

We currently offer two volunteer programmes (10 vs 12 months) that include a 6 mths service period in Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique or India, a study & investigation programme People for Change (4 months) and a scholarship programme.

We are looking for a Recruitment & Communication Officer to join our Communications team at the college, to spread our message and enrol the future teams

As a Recruitment & Communication Officer, you will:

  • Manage our social media accounts, presenting the school's values and messages, and connect with interested people
  • Have meetings with individuals as well as with groups, presenting the programmes online or in person
  • Know the programmes and the college well, and create a solid plan to reach your goals
  • Handle the full recruitment process from A-Z with potential students, securing a professional yet personal procedure
  • Organise presentations about our programmes at schools, universities and organisations around UK
  • Collaborate well with the team and work together in continuously improving the recruitment process

To succeed in this position, you need:

  • At least 3 years of experience with marketing, sales and/or HR
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills
  • Not required, but a big plus: to speak one or two other languages apart from English.

Salary:
From £20,928.00 per year
