Customer Service Advisor - £11.53 per hour

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Oswestry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as a Customer Service Advisor on initially a temporary basis

Summary


You will deliver an outstanding level of service to all our customers, by handling all operational enquiries in a professional, productive and timely manner.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in line with our policies and procedures
  • Managing customers queries and transactions, ensuring the customer is fully aware of all information
  • Liaising with areas of the business in order to complete customer requests to the high standards required and within agreed company processes and SLAs
  • Following the complaints management framework according to company policies

Package and benefits

  • 35 hours, Monday to Friday 9am 6pm on a rota basis
- £11.53 per hour
