Job Overview:


  • The Customer Service Coordinator builds and maintains relationship with the territory sales representatives, distributors and customers. Acting as the HHI quote/order lead, they will be the first point of contact for territory sales representative.
They will organise and prepare quotation proposals, coordinate technical and commercial requirements, review customer orders for acceptance and provide support and back up to field sales and customers on product needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Closing Date: 17th March 2024
A Day In The Life:
  • Own a set of accounts or territory with the objective of providing outstanding service, corresponding directly with and working closely with assigned territory sales reps
  • Review quotation/pricing requests promptly to determine the appropriate pricing levels
  • Build technical knowledge for all brands
  • Discuss important quotations, significant purchase orders, returned goods requests and any other important transactions with Sales and Management
  • Organise and review all bids with special, nonstandard commercial bid requirements (i.e.; terms and conditions, warranty clauses). Recommend modifications, pricing and obtain approvals.
  • Prepare final quotation to customers, including organising commercial, technical and customer requirements
  • First point of contact on all order resolution and order inquiries and expediting request
  • Coordinate resolution to customer complaints, warranty replacements, return goods and any discrepancies.

What will help you thrive in this role?:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a related field (preferred)
years customer service experience required

  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Can confidently interpret bills of material and technical datasheets
  • Manufacturing/Technical knowledge understand contract review stages through to manufacturing release
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, intermediate level Excel
