Call Handler - Work from Home
Full Time only: There is no provision for part-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Temp to perm
We are currently looking for a Call Handler to join our team. You will be working on two different campaigns, one with a government contract and the other supporting a well-known transport company. The initial contract will last 4 to 8 weeks, followed by a transition to a different temp to perm campaign.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (contact center experience not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT experience
Hours of work:
- Five days a week, Monday to Sunday
- Shifts between 8 am and 8:15 pm
- Full flexibility required on days and hours
Important: You will be assigned shifts and workdays, including weekends; flexibility is key.
Pay rate: £10.42 per hour, paid weekly
- Paid holidays once accrued
