We have an excellent opportunity for a Resourcing Administrator to join our growing team.

What will you be doing?

  • Daily coordination of our vacancy records, job descriptions and Teams channels to ensure a spotless approach to administrative records
  • Maintenance of communication channels, advert postings and monitoring of group inboxes
  • Note taking and offering input into weekly practice catch up calls with stakeholders
  • Conducting IR35 status assessments, overseeing compliance checks and producing reports
  • Agency liaison from CV submission, interview arrangements through to offer management
  • Owning the endtoend onboarding, offboarding and initial induction process
  • Updating and auditing of company databases and platforms to ensure records are accurate
  • Options to support in strategic projects for the department and talent academy initiatives
What you will need

  • Previous/limited experience working in a highvolume administrative remit, ideally with exposure to people functions or consultancy culture
  • An impeccable eye for detail, a proactive nature and the ability to own multiple workstreams with pride and confidence
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced consultancy/start up culture (and thrive within it)
  • An interest in the technology field with a good level of IT proficiency across M365
The Resourcing Administrator will also have the opportunity to join the Talent Academy initiative.
