About the role:

We seek to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrator, to support our Senior HR / Business Team.


This is a new and exciting role, which will support the Schools recruitment, staff absences and various other elements of the Schools HR and Business functions.


The Senior HR / Business Team at The Buckingham School, currently consists of The Headteacher, Business Manager & Personal Assistant to the Headteacher.


As the school continues to grow in the number of students, so does the need to expand our staffing body, therefore our Senior HR / Business Team require additional staffing to support our current and forthcoming staff.


This role requires a measured, calm and confident approach along with the ability to maintain professional on sensitive and confidential issues.


All applicants must be qualified in GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent and be confident and competent in using ICT - please refer to the Person Specification within the attached Job Description.
