If you are successful in joining Premier, you may find yourself baking cakes, getting creative with our arts and crafts, building Lego models in our construction zones, refereeing football matches or any other activity that will put a smile on the faces of our children.

The setting lead will oversee the running of daily activities, ensuring that children are safe and happy during their visit.
Main duties include:
- Lead a small team (12 members) in the daily running of the club.
- Support staff in the delivery of a safe and effective activities, while ensuring team members are inspired and happy.
- Ensure that there is effective communication between your team, parents, and the school.
- To plan, supervise and deliver activities with enthusiasm, ranging from team games, arts and crafts, baking, construction, playground games, and structured play.
- To follow protocols and policies and implement these with your team members.
- Provide food and refreshments ensuring that hygiene and health and safety standards are met.
- Be warm, genuine, nurturing and create unexpected WOW experiences for all.

Hours
After School Club: 2pm-6pm (Monday - Friday) 20 hours
Optional Breakfast Clubs: 7:30am-8:30/8.45am (Monday - Friday) Up to 6.25 hours.
Salary
£12-£13ph
Essential qualities:
- A passion for working with children.
- Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Good communication skills.
- Childcare experience.
- Outstanding punctuality and attendance.
Desirable qualities:
- Appropriate Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Appropriate child protection training.
- Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Food Hygiene Certificate.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
