Job Title:
Youth Voice Coordinator

Salary:
(£30,636 + Benefits cost of living increase pending)**
Hours:37.5hrs per week, Job share considered, flexible working**
Contract Type: Permanent

About Us:

The Junction is a vibrant charity empowering children, young people, and families in Tees Valley. We champion youth participation, driving positive change through social action.

Your Impact:

Lead impactful projects, amplifying young people's voices and driving change.

Manage youth-led decision-making groups and projects.

Design and deliver social action initiatives addressing local issues.

Build strong relationships with young people, staff, and stakeholders.

You Bring:

Passion for youth participation and social action.

Experience supporting diverse young people.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
