APS Legal and Associates are one of the UK's largest and most reputable will writing and estate planning companies.

With over 500 Associates nationwide, all of our Associates and in-house staff are fully qualified in advising on will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts as well as probate services.

We are recruiting for an
Administrator to join our Probate Team. This role will see you completing administration work to support our Probate Case Managers.


You'll be responsible for taking calls from clients and associates, handling their queries and requests in a professional manner, and within agreed deadlines.

You'll also support the wider Probate team by carrying out a wide range of general administrative tasks.

This is a part time role and we can offer up to 32.5 hours per week.

This role is based in our Worksop office (S81) where we operate a hybrid working model providing a balance of home and office working.


What you'll be doing:


  • Opening and setting up new cases on our probate software
  • Management of post, processing, filing and logging correspondence
  • Communicating and maintaining a relationship with clients and associates
  • Collecting or transferring of assets to beneficiaries

What you need to succeed:


  • Tech savvy and can learn new software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with internal teams and external customers
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Selfmotivated with a 'can do', solutiondriven attitude to problem solving

Nice to haves:


  • Legal experience desirable but full training will be provided
