We are looking for classroom assistants who can clearly demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, show initiative and manage operational tasks effectively.

Kumon develops every child's potential, offering personalised learning programmes for more than four million students worldwide.

Key responsibilities for a successful applicant include:
*Working with an existing team to provide high-quality student instruction

*Guiding students as required to have purposeful class sessions

*Accurately mark and record student's work

*Record and feedback any key learning observations to the instructor

*General administrative duties

*Operate and use a digital platform within a fast-paced environment

The job will require the successful applicant to be available on Mondays or Thursdays from 4-6 pm, with the possibility of additional hours.

Zero hours contract


Salary:
£7.50 - £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4-7 per week

Mondays and Thursdays : 4pm -6pm and Saturdays : 9am-11am
