Insurance Advisors of all types are required by a leading Insurance broker based in Poole. Salaries are competitive and dependent on your skills and experience. Relevant experience of working in insurance would be an advantage.

Our teams deal with a huge variety of Insurance products, particularly focusing on scheme and affinity opportunities.

Our continued growth requires additional staff who are able to work with us in the development of these areas.

The role of Insurance Advisor will be to look after new and existing clients, managing their renewals and mid-term adjustments as well as looking for additional opportunities.

Success in the roles will primarily be judged on personal performance and that of the various team.

T&R Direct has been established for over 27 years and sits comfortably in the schemes and wholesale market space within the insurance sector, we are a leading insurance specialist providing insurance solutions and risk management services for businesses, organisations, affinity groups, and high net worth individuals.

You:

• Relevant experience of working within insurance or have the ability to learn
• Experience using bespoke insurance software or have the ability to learn
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a team/team player
• Ability to work swiftly yet accurately
• Cope with varying workloads and pressures
• Good negotiation skills
• Decision making
• Computerliterate

Pay:
£23,938.00-£26,321.00 per year
