**Finance Business Partner

Fully remote working
We are currently working with a large organisation who require the interim assistance of a Finance Business Partner. The FBP role is the same as a Head of Service at this organisation.

The main purpose of the role would be to lead their closedown of accounts initially, the role would then move into Treasury and Collection Funds further down the line.

Role Responsibilities

Lead closedown and the preparation of the accounts, including liaising with audit and answering audit queries
Manage the Finance Manager and a Finance Officer
Develop, evaluate and implement the corporate and directorate strategies and policies and contribute to the overarching strategies for the organisation
Develop financial policies and procedures for the organisation
Drive the delivery of productivity and efficiency improvement and cost reduction plans within the organisation
Accountable for the preparation of the annual treasury reports, strategies and policies
Accountable for the ongoing management of external debt
Accountable for ensuring the provision of detailed daily cash flow forecasts
Qualified CCAB accountant
Have Public sector accounting and budgetary experience
Line management experience
Experience of ERP system and management and development of associated processes
