Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Cleaning Operative Team Leader to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, providing training and guidance as needed. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks are being completed effectively.
  • Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to cleaning tasks
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
The hours starts at minimum of 10 hours at the beggining, moving to 16-20h as business grows.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£11.50-£13.50 per hour
