Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedCleaning Operative Team Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, providing training and guidance as needed. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks are being completed effectively.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to cleaning tasks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary:
£11.50-£13.50 per hour
