Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Cleaning Operative Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, providing training and guidance as needed. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks are being completed effectively.
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to cleaning tasks
Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
Ability to work independently and as part of the team

The hours starts at minimum of 10 hours at the beggining, moving to 16-20h as business grows.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary:
£11.50-£13.50 per hour
