Description

Nu-Staff are currently working with an excellent client based in Llantarnam, Cwmbran to support the recruitment of a trainee Team leader.

Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing a team of production operatives to ensure lines run smoothly and efficiently
Working closely with the warehouse and engineering teams to ensure production targets are met daily.
Monitoring live production target graph noting any down time etc.
Liaising with other team leaders to ensure a smooth transition between product runs
Setting up of production lines prior to running a new product order
Keeping all relevant paperwork up to date on an hourly/daily basis
Demonstrating excellent attention to detail
Regularly quality checking products throughout the production process.
Quality checking of finished products
Efficient completion of work order forms with 100% accuracy.

Hours and Pay

Monday to Friday day shifts

- £9.60 - £11.88ph (as training is completed pay increases will take place)

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary:
£9.60-£11.88 per hour
