Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Progression Assistant to support our property sales team. This role is crucial in liaising with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.

This position is perfect for an experienced estate agent seeking flexible working hours, including the option to work school hours, which makes it ideal for those looking to balance a career with other commitments.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, and solicitors to facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Monitor the progress of sales, ensuring all parties are kept informed and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and communications related to the progression of sales.
  • Assist in resolving any enquiries or concerns from clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in residential sales or a similar role within the estate agency sector is highly preferred.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Hours:


  • Flexible working hours are available, with the possibility to set hours per day and per week to suit your schedule. School hours are accommodated, providing an excellent opportunity for those requiring a more adaptable worklife balance.

£10.00-£12.00 per hour
