Proximity Recruitment are searching for a creative Account Director (circa £50,000 + benefits) to join a thriving global agency near Banbury.

This key position manages the firm's biggest client and pulls all the pieces of their marketing & communications puzzle together across Europe.

Working closely with IMD you'll be managing internal and external resource across digital development, graphicdesign, copywriting, content & marketing to deliver fantastic results for this established and successful client.

The role benefits from hybrid working, typically 2 days in the office, 3 working from home.

Responsibilities include:

Providing a professional marketing, communications and activation service to the client.
Daytoday operations, client reporting and budgeting.
Support the delivery of set plans and reactive requirements for the client.
Manage multiple projects across multiple sites for a variety of objectives.
Acting as a brand guardian.
Managing sitewide rebranding for new and existing locations from proposal to implementation.
Liaise and maintain relationships with suppliers and other agencies.
Working with the creative team to deliver assets and marketing materials as required.
Strategic planning and implementation of processes and best practices.
Supporting weekly meetings (on

- and off-site), providing updates and reporting to the client.

Coordinating and managing ongoing activities as requested.
Planning, managing and going onsite at trade shows and events the client has identified.
Implementing digital content updates website and social media.
Building a high performing inhouse team of an Account Manager & Account Executive.

You will be responsible for managing and growing the client relationship alongside the planning and execution of multiple projects; from site branding to delivering assets to use in global campaigns and everything in-between.
