An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced steelwork Estimator to join a highly successful and growing steelwork fabrication & engineering business based out of their office nr Edmonton.

A truly excellent salary is on offer together with a friendly and supportive working environment.

Projects undertaken by the company are varied, but the successful Estimator will be primarily working on high value projects which and include the likes of feature staircases, juliet balconies, balustrades and other bespoke architectural metalwork.

Estimator duties include:

Receiving enquires and reviewing drawings and specs.
Carrying out material take offs and assigning times/costs for the full scope of work.
Communicating with suppliers etc as needed for elements like glasswork etc.
Liaise internally and externally if needed to ensure accurate pricing.

Estimator requirements:

Proven experience working as an Estimator is essential.
Experience working with glass, timber etc would be useful but not essential.
Have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Live in/within a commutable distance of Edmonton this is an office based role.
