Description
My client is a highly successful business that has a forward thinking team and a great culture.

They are now looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager with an excellent customer centric focus, and a natural desire to nurture relationships to maintain andgrow sales revenue and gross profit within an existing list of accounts through proactive account management, adopting a true partnership approach.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Maintain regular contact with multiple key stakeholders at each client
  • Carry out regular business reviews with all key stakeholders in person, by phone or video call
  • Identify new opportunities for the introduction of products and categories to the client
  • Review products purchased, identify trends and link to core products with a focus on the introduction and sale of own brand products
  • Obtain testimonials and referrals, liaising with marketing to develop appropriate marketing materials


You will need previous experience within a similar business development/account management environment, with a natural desire to engage and support the customer, ensuring relationships are built upon, developed, enhanced and maintained, and know when toraise issues before they become a problem.

You will want to develop and grow with the role, and will need to be positive, enthusiastic, engaged and dedicated.


This is an office based opportunity and you will need to be able to commute to their office on a daily basis.

Basic Salary of £35k, plus performance based bonuses
