Leveraging our technology, multi-disciplinary expertise and proprietary models, we combine scientific and financial precision to provide a unique end-to-end solution for all stakeholders to deliver optimal forest ecosystems that generate high-integrity carbon credits, biodiversity net gains, strong co-benefits, and healthy financial returns.

We are already a leading, and fastest growing, landscape regeneration player in the UK.

Our goal is to regenerate 1 million hectares of natural landscapes across Europe and North America in the next 5 years, and to eventually catalyse over 100m hectares globally.


Your mission:

We are looking to appoint a Designer to join our growing Product team.

This is an opportunity to take our design to the next level, using design to emphasise the importance of nature restoration and healing our planet.

Through telling factual stories we drive action and educate our clients to trust our research, AI platform and project delivery capacity.


This is a unique opportunity to have a real impact and be a part of our UK mission to restore millions of hectares of land to their original state.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own the Zulu Ecosystems look and feel across but not limited to product design, marketing, social media and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate across the business to present high quality and consistent experiences to our clients and partners.
  • As the only designer in the business ensure that we convey our message on nature restoration effectively.
  • Work with Product Managers to help demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work and aid user research.
  • Design flows and experiences that simplify and distil down complex actions into usable interface.

Your profile:


  • Experience of either in Marketing Design or Product Design.
  • Desire to work in an earlystage startups and provide guidance on Design across the breadth of the company.
  • You understand the 'why' before diving into the creative.
  • Competent in Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Data visualisation and Geographical information design.
  • Willingness to represent design work across the company, clearly and succinctly articulating goals and concepts.
