You will be joining a fast paced, hardworking team with a variety of experience who deal with multiple complex and unique projects.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be joining an overall team of 11 with up to 4 direct reports.

Description

  • Financial responsibility for multiple business areas, including a portfolio of projects at various stages of lifecycle management
  • Business partnering; providing effective financial support to Product Directors, project teams and other functions
  • Forecasting; leading the financial business planning process
  • Management Reporting; with clear, succinct messaging to add context to financial performance
  • Developing people in terms of daytoday direction, support and development to a team of project accountants, with up to 4 direct reports
  • Ensure effective relationships are maintained with the function and project teams within the business

Profile

  • CIMA, ACA or ACCA Part Qualified OR equivalent financial experience
  • Ability to challenge and influence senior management across multiple functions
  • Have the ability to plan for, delegate and manage a project accounting team
  • Project Accounting / Manufacturing experience is beneficial to this role.
