Willcox Granite are a memorial wholesaler providing high-quality memorial products to funeral directors and stone masons.We take pride in our products and services and present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Sales Administrator to help us achieve our goals.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
- Learning designoriented software to assist with product customization and design.
- Liaising with suppliers and our production team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolving any supplyrelated issues.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Previous experience using Sign Lab, Solid Edge and Adobe suites is advantageous
- Experience in the memorial or funeral industry is preferable but not essential.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
- Fridays: 8:00am 4:00pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
