Qualities required:

You'll be an
excellent communicator, confident and competent and unafraid to get stuck in to get the job done:

An ability to understand the Burgerism brand and express it exactly as it should be.
Attention to detail. You dislike sloppiness and live in the detail.
Brilliant with words; writing witty captions and on point descriptions should be second nature.
A strong and organised planner (timelines, schedules, collaborations).
Excellent judgement and skilled in key functions of branding, marketing and social media.
Huge initiative; you'll define projects and work with a lot of ambiguity. Don't expect to be told what to do or how.
Humility; not too precious for any task and know what getting stuck in means.
A person of high energy.

Desirable experience / skills:

We're open minded on your background. However, we'd like to see clear evidence of an ability to create and manage content, and express a brand.

First hand experience with TikTok is essential you'll manage our TikTok profile and strategy
Design experience you understand good composition vs bad
Customer comms
PR basics
Photoshop would be useful
Video editing would also be useful
Experience in fast growing organisations.
Degree educated, preferably
