  • Contribute to managing and maintaining the Purchase Ledger
  • Process invoices accurately and timely
  • Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Deal with supplier queries in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Proven experience in Purchase Ledger or similar role
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software systems
