My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Process Operator.

As the Process Operator you will be required to work a set shift pattern that will involve Days and Nights and will include weekends.

Salary up to £30k depending on experience

Pension - Auto-enrolment

After a year's continuous service an opportunity to gain extra holiday

Responsibilities:

Ensure products meet the standard for quality
Run the plant to standard operating procedures
Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis
Ensure safe working practices
Support training of process staff
Any other duties/projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder.

Skills and experience:

Observant and very good attention to detail
Escalate when if problems occur
Challenge to ensure success is achieved
Good communication skills to interact with fellow team members
Team worker
Excellent attendance and punctuality

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
