Plenitude specialises in Financial Crime Risk and Compliance and is appointed to the Financial Conduct Authority's Skilled Persons panel for Financial Crime.

Plenitude's focus is firmly on addressing the legal, regulatory, reputational and social imperative for financial institutions, professional services and digital asset firms to take diligent and rigorous steps to mitigate financial crime risks.

Advisory, Transformation Services and SaaS based RegTech products are core to the Plenitude proposition.

Over the last year, Plenitude has also launched a new Digital Assets and KYC Managed Services Practice; and also established a new office in Hong Kong.

As part of a business strategy review, Plenitude are currently reviewing their services and capabilities to ensure they meet the evolving nature of the FCC industry, regulatory requirements and their client needs.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with our Managing Director and Partner to provide support and make their day to day activities easier by undertaking the following:

  • Booking external meetings with clients at C level, maintaining a solid path of communication
  • Managing the diaries of the Managing Director and Partner, learning their patterns of meetings so that you are able to defend their diaries and make decisions on priorities.
  • Coordinate lunch orders and ensure timely delivery, think ahead if their diary is busy whether they will need food/refreshments.
  • Assist in scheduling and organising meetings, including preparing meeting materials
  • Facilitate venue bookings for various events and meetings.
  • Help in planning and organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Applicants should have:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
