Pensions Communications Consultant

Glasgow based

Hybrid working

30K-35K Salary

Annual bonus of up to 15%


An independent pensions, investment, and insurance consultancy firm are in search of a communications and engagement consultant to join their internal creative agency to transform complicated terminology and strategies into engaging content.


If you have:

  • Experience in a similar role within employee benefits (both pension and reward).
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate technical material to a nontechnical audience.
  • No specific professional qualifications are required
  • Previous experience of employee benefits and total reward and/or pensions is an advantage.

Your new role would consist of:

  • Engaging with clients in relation to their internal communications and provide innovative engagement strategies.
  • Communicating pension and employee benefits to members through written copy and creative thinking.
  • Building relationships with clients and working through different communication strategies.
  • Providing copy for announcements, newsletters, booklets, personalized statements etc.
  • Provide copy for online websites and webinars.
