- Manage a diverse SKU portfolio, including NPD and EPD.
- Develop regional SKU forecasts using Anaplan, based on member and customer data.
- Collaborate with Finance, NPD, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Work with NPD to develop launch forecasts, considering demand and cannibalization.
- Assess promotional impacts on demand forecasts and contribute to the monthly IBP S&OP process.
- Identify forecast risks and develop mitigation strategies with relevant teams.
- Build forecasts for new regions and markets as the business expands.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, promoting continuous improvement.
- Align inventory and service levels with Supply Planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
- Understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to data accuracy and forecast modeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
