    Demand Planner Role at Beauty Pie

    As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in managing our diverse SKU portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a diverse SKU portfolio, including NPD and EPD.
    • Develop regional SKU forecasts using Anaplan, based on member and customer data.
    • Collaborate with Finance, NPD, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure forecast accuracy.
    • Work with NPD to develop launch forecasts, considering demand and cannibalization.
    • Assess promotional impacts on demand forecasts and contribute to the monthly IBP S&OP process.
    • Identify forecast risks and develop mitigation strategies with relevant teams.
    • Build forecasts for new regions and markets as the business expands.
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, promoting continuous improvement.
    • Align inventory and service levels with Supply Planning.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
    • Understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
    • Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Attention to data accuracy and forecast modeling.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
