Salary:
£22k - £26k DOE

28 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

We're looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly and growing team in south Leeds.

Our client wants to make credit work better for all and work hard to deliver actual benefits to society - by offering an empathetic and understanding approach to their customers.

What Will You Be Doing?

Actively listening to customers, and respond to them in an empathetic manner.
Understanding customers' personal situations and effectively providing tailored solutions.
Developing and agreeing repayment plans, which are bespoke to each customer.
Directing customers to free debt advice, when they are in difficult positions.
Negotiating with customers who have the ability to pay, but choose not to.

Who Are We Looking For?

Have experience working in call centre, retail, hospitality or customer service/sales environments
Are friendly and able to be empathetic to customers
Like to solve problems
Demonstrate great Communication Skills
Want to make a difference
