You will be given the opportunity to oversee and lead an exceptional client services team, focused on creating a positive working culture that is collaborative.

The additional focus of the Account Director role will be to harness relationships with key clientsand contribute to the continual development of the agency.

Typical projects will range from full re-brands and innovative marketing literature to product/campaign launches, online and offline advertising campaigns and cutting-edge digital projects.

You will ensure the provision of excellent standards of service toclients, paving the way for continued growth, expansion, and profitability.

The role will also involve all recruitment and management of staff, as well as their development and training.

Reporting directly to a supportive and grounded MD, you will also be responsible for developing objectives for your team to ensure the successfuldelivery of the agency's strategic objectives.

What we're looking for


It is vital that you have a real passion for B2B marketing, campaign management and the finer nuances of digital, combined with an excellent sense of commerciality and knowing how to help and develop a team around you.

You will be joining a successful andhardworking client services team, so you need to prove that you have what it takes to maintain the highest levels of client service.


It goes without saying that an important part of this role will be creating and implementing 'winning' strategies for existing clients and new business projects in conjunction with fellow senior personnel with the preparation of pitches and presenting toclients.


For that reason, It is essential that you have acquired a wealth of experience in an agency-based role, and we are keen to hear from Account Directors who are moving up in their careers and want to make the right step, not just any move.
