We currently have the post(s) of Health & Safety Business Partner available.
Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, as a Business Partner you will provide professional support to all colleagues. You will support the Executive Directors and Heads of Departments in providing and embedding, communication, consultation, participation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS). Ultimately seeking to improve the health and safety performance, and compliance across NML. Furthermore, you will support the delivery of robust fire management across the estate supporting policy development, fire risk assessments completion and the development of emergency evacuation plans.
