Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a People Analytics & Development Manager to join an expanding public sector organisation in Bury.

The role is hybrid and flexible. It is a permanent position with a salary of £40,000


The Role:


  • Ensure that all HR modules in the iTrent system successfully support the organisation's vision for efficient business practice
  • Be responsible for all aspects of systems development, selfservice, systems administration, user training, system testing, maintenance, security and auditing
  • Work closely with numerous teams across the department to ensure a combined approach to the development and maintenance of iTrent
  • Be responsible for the provision of business intelligence data and management information
  • Identify and resolve any software problems or log if needed with the software supplier

The Person:


  • Previous experience in developing and implementing large data sets in iTrent
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and the main principles and implications
  • High level of ICT skills, such as advanced Excel, systems calculations and complex analysis
  • Experienced managing a team of people
