Person Specification and Job Description
Access4Lofts Ltd is the largest loft storage franchise in the UK. Our franchise network helps utilise wasted space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.

Having grown considerably over the past 4 years we now have a network of over 50 franchisees covering 70+ territories.

We are now looking to recruit a marketing assistant/administrator to provide support to this busy and fast-growing franchise business.

Reporting to the Business Manager this role will also involve providing marketing support to the Marketing Director plus general admin support to our busy head office team based in Plympton, Plymouth.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supporting the development and execution of our marketing and branding strategies
  • Liaising with our external suppliers such as social media agency, print advertising agency, outsourced web support, photographers, video production.
  • Managing and updating our inhouse app which acts as a knowledge base for our franchisees. This includes creating adverts for each individual franchisee using InDesign (full training will be given.
  • Providing marketing support to our network of franchisees.
  • Proof reading artwork, social media posts
  • Assisting Marketing Director with projects
  • Sourcing, writing and editing content for publication on our website, social media channels and internal newsletter.
  • Monitoring marketing budget
  • Coordinating and assisting in event planning, including franchisee training courses
  • General admin support to the head office team

  • Good level of capability in MS Office
  • Experience using InDesign and Canva useful, but not essential as full training will be given.


The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing needs of the business.

The post holder will be expected to undertake such other duties as appropriate and as requested by the management team.

From £20,000.00 per year
