We're looking for a Marketing Graduate to assist with all day-to-day marketing activations and content creation for both internal and external communications within the business - ensuring that all interactions target the right audience, are professional and in-line with current brand guidelines, social responsibilities and approved tone.

You will report to the Brand, Marketing and Communications Lead, helping to form a support function for all areas of the business, ensuring all internal and external marketing processes are on point.


As Marketing Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate and plan partnership events, working with different venues, partners and clients to organise and support a range of events, and taking responsibility for producing advertising creatives and signage to specification, using a variety of mediums including; Graphic Design, LED animation, Video Editing and Radio Advertisements (must be proficient in all multi-media creation).

Key skills:


  • Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring that all company visuals are delivered in line with brand and distributed to the highest standard. Using graphic design skills to ensure brand logos are delivered to the correct spec for their usage, e.g. the adaptation of logos (within brand guidelines) to be fit for purpose.
  • Good understanding of all social media platforms, including a general creative strategy, proactively creating ideas to boost engagement and follower metrics.
  • Working with a developer to ensure company website is regularly updated, on brand and optimised for SEO, maintaining internal intranet to ensure regular updates reporting on successes and focussing on areas inspiring further growth across the business.
  • Produce commercial advertising using a variety of mediums, including graphics design, animation and video editing, creating advertising material for the company's sponsorship contracts.
  • Help plan and coordinate social events / event management, from identification of venues through to promotion/RSVP and overseeing the event on the day.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in creating target material that seeks to reach new talent via a multitude of mediums.
  • Assist teams in the creation of adhoc documents and products, e.g. PowerPoint presentations, branded materials and other corporate documents & consumables.

Qualifications and experience:


  • Business marketing, design, or social media related University Degree.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and Logic or Pro Tools.
  • Good knowledge of audio, video and image copyright laws in order to ensure that all material is properly licensed.
  • Highlevel organisational & creative skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to deliver firm deadlines.
  • Event management experience.
  • Handling sensitive data compliantly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, ensuring that outwardfacing company communications are within the desired tonality.
  • Keen attention to detail is essential along with the ability to analyse and interpret data to formulate strategies.
