My client based in Tewkesbury just off the M5 are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the ever-growing team.

With plenty of opportunity for growth and a chance to join an established company this is a fantastic opportunity. Working Mondayto Friday 08:00 - 17:00pm with a salary of c£23 this is a brilliant position.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Booking and taking client calls and taking ownership of call
  • Setting up new and renewing customers contracts
  • Assisting customer service manager with customer reports
  • Answering telephone assisting customers/engineers with enquiries

Skills and Attributes of a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Highly motivated and organised.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.


  • Microsoft literate

  • Outlook, work, excel etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Able to follow a process.
