My client based in Tewkesbury just off the M5 are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the ever-growing team.
With plenty of opportunity for growth and a chance to join an established company this is a fantastic opportunity. Working Mondayto Friday 08:00 - 17:00pm with a salary of c£23 this is a brilliant position.Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator:
- Booking and taking client calls and taking ownership of call
- Setting up new and renewing customers contracts
- Assisting customer service manager with customer reports
- Answering telephone assisting customers/engineers with enquiries
Skills and Attributes of a Customer Service Coordinator:
- Highly motivated and organised.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Microsoft literate
- Outlook, work, excel etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Able to follow a process.
