Inbound Sales Advisor

Cardiff City Centre

Salary - £22-25k per annum

Permanent / Full Time

Our client is looking for x2 Commercial Motor Underwriter's to join their team on a permanent basis.

Essential

Insurance experience is highly desirable and if you have Motor insurance that would be a benefit
Excellent customer service skills
Sales experience
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent IT and administration skills
To be customer focused with experience in dealing with a high volume of complex calls, working in a fastpaced environment
Acturis would be desirable if you have experience using it however this isn't essential.

Responsibilities:

Quoting of risks, via online systems and manual underwriting
Liaising with and building relationships with Agents
Accurate quoting and full transparency of new business and renewal premiums
You will be carrying out general administration business support as and when required
Dealing with renewals and renewal negotiations
