Basic - £30,000 DOE
OTE - £55,000
Monday - Friday

Currently an Estate Agent considering leaving the industry?
My client is a highly respected and elite Services Provider for Independent Estate Agents.
I have been asked to look for a Business Development Manager covering the Midlands.

The Business Development role will be one of maintain existing relationships within the business and recognising new opportunities to bring new clients on board.

Our client is an elite membership organisation with a national network of approximately 800 independently owned estate agents and are expanding day by day.


The organisation believes in three simple values:

Would suit an individual that has estate agency experience and has the willingness to represent and promote the organisation and its services to present and future members.


Key Skills for the role:
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable of the Estate Agency Industry and be aware of current Market conditions
Able to overcome objections and solve matters professionally.
Ability to Maintain and Build Positive Relationships with both External and Internal staff and departments
Confident and Personable

This is a role for an individual, who enjoys communicating with new and existing businesses, whilst recognising fresh opportunities and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
