Description

• Maintaining companies sales inbox and reviewing customer day to day requirements
• Resolving customer queries in a polite and professional manner, clarify and provide information about enquiry status, products etc
• Process relevant documentation.
• Update customer records and maintain sales reports
• Support internal staff with companies social media page

• 2 years administration or customer service experience
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
• Experience of bespoke databases or a CRM system
• No experience required in the valve industry as full support and training will be given.

• Good interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good time management
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative when required.

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
