Shift Pattern:
Mon - Thurs 08.15 to 16.30, Fri 0.815 to office based)
Main Duties:
- Maintaining companies sales inbox and reviewing customer day to day requirements
- Resolving customer queries in a polite and professional manner, clarify and provide information about enquiry status, products etc
- Process relevant documentation.
- Update customer records and maintain sales reports
- Support internal staff with companies social media page
Knowledge and experience:
- 2 years administration or customer service experience
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Experience of bespoke databases or a CRM system
- No experience required in the valve industry as full support and training will be given.
Key Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good time management
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative when required.
Education:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
