Our Client, a Consultancy based in Nottingham, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them due to continued growth.

You will be working on projects ranging up to 10 million in value and projects will consist of a selection of highvalued public building.

Project ManagerPosition Overview

  • Reporting to: Head Of Major Projects

Project ManagerPosition Requirements

  • Must have prior consultancy experience and NEC contract Knowledge
  • Must be based local to Nottingham
  • Strong design, commercial, financial and contractor management skills
  • Good understanding of construction within Local Government and the wider Public Sector
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Strong IT Skills

Project ManagerPosition Remuneration

  • Salary DOE
  • Highly competitive
  • Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
