This full time or Part Time bookkeeper role is for an innovative Accountancy practice that works with Business Owners in helping them to better manage their business finances, giving them the freedom to run their business with the comfort of knowing we are supporting their finance function.

CDC Accounting has a wide range of clients in the Hair & Beauty industry as well as Construction and many other industries.

The hours for this role would suit:
a full time person M-T and F (37.5 hours per week)

or

2 Part time positions within the office opening hours as above


Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside trained AAT Accountants
• Daily processing of invoices and receipts using online software
• Daily bank reconciliations using online software
• CIS construction scheme
• VAT Preparation and Submission
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Updating the Client database with clients information

Desirable Experience

• Preparation of Quarterly Management Reports
• Experience of Self Assessment Tax Returns
• Experience of Anti Money Laundering Policies and Procedures

Key Skills, Attitude and Experience:

• Experience of using Xero Accounting software and Dext (desirable)
• Friendly and professional manner with great telephone skills
• Customer service focussed with the ability to promote services
• Genuine interest in providing solutions for customers
• Passionate about growing a business
• Excellent written English
• Competent with MS Office and social media
