About the role:
The role is based in the secondary academy for on average of 4 days per week and for 1 day working for the central team to support the primaries in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who understands that good recruitment means good employees and this means good outcomes for the children in our Academies
- Ability to work with people at all levels. the role does require you to work closely with senior leaders as well as current and potential employees
- Enthusiasm for the role and the drive to improve processes
- Have an interest in HR
- Someone who is keen to progress
The role does require the post holder to have good GCSE's in maths and English but does not require formal HR qualifications.
However we would be keen for the post holder to complete a HR or Recruitment qualification if they do not have one, once they are in post.
