Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Support Administrator to ensure effective order management.

This is a permanent position, working as part of a busy team to process and coordinate customer orders.

This position is due to start in
January 2023.

Hours:8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday


Salary:
£24,000 per annum


Location:
Oddicroft Lane, Sutton-in-Ashfield


Duties Include:


  • Customer order processing, coordination and expediting
  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner, and developing an ongoing relationship
  • Handling queries, order progression and expediting of product
  • Liaising with other departments in the business

Requirements:


  • Experience within a business to business sales environment
  • Proficient in IT support packages including Excel and Outlook
  • Applicants must be organised and detailoriented
  • SAP system knowledge preferred, but not required
