Office and Marketing Administrator, Birmingham, £18-25k


Our client is established within their market sector and has built a reputation on providing high quality products to customers based throughout the UK.


This is a warm and friendly organisation, who believe in working as a team and genuinely look after their staff.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Office & Marketing Administrator, will be the main office contact for marketing and administration support.


This role could be especially of interest to either an existing Administrator, who has a creative flare and a genuine interest and ideally some experience of marketing or a Marketing Support/Coordinator with good administrative skills.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for, supporting the Sales Department and Senior Management with a variety of tasks including:

Office Administration
*Performing data entry, including updating records and databases for the Senior Management Team including Personnel, Financial, Production and Operations Departments.
*Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
*Organising meetings/appointments, setting up meeting rooms and overseeing catering for company meetings.
*Creating reports to support the Senior management when required.


Marketing Support
*Provide support and have involvement in all marketing activities within the business.
*Design and produce content for company social media posts
*Create and write copy for internal marketing communications and flyers
*Helping to monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns.
*Organising staff wellbeing initiatives.


Requirements:

*Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
*Previous Marketing and Administration/Support experience
*Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office
*High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
*Be flexible in your approach with an ability to identify and manage priorities
*Creative with a passion to develop an understanding of marketing
*Knowledge of producing digital assets or video/image editing along with design software skills may be an advantage, but is not essential


Working Hours:

pm Monday - Thursday / 9.00am - 4.00pm on Friday
8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday / pm on Friday (one week per month)


Based on the East side of Birmingham they are only a short c20 minute bus ride from the City Centre.

There is also a Train station within a 10-15 min walk of the office.

Also commutable from Solihull, Tyseley, Small Heath, Sparkbrook, Balsall Heath, Marston Green and Perry Common etc

£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
