WINDOW & DOOR ORDER PROCESSOR/PROGRAMMING & COMPANY BUYER

FULL TIME; PERMANENT

£25,000 - £28,000 Base Salary Depending on Experience

TEAM VALLEY RETAIL PARK, GATESHEAD

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to ongoing expansion, ACE Windows would like to hear from fully experienced Order Processors with purchasing experience

The role includes:

Order Processing/programming for Aluminium, Composite, Timber & PVC-U windows & doors (Essential)
Conservatory experience would be an advantage
Dealing with all the company's materials' suppliers
Supplier negotiations and visits for formal reviews
Ensuring deliveries happen on time
Invoice checking
Line Manager for the Warehouse Supervisor
Finding new suppliers at Exhibitions and desk research

ABOUT YOU:

Indepth knowledge of the UK window and door industry
Indepth Order Processing/Programming experience
Good technical knowledge of window, door & conservatories
Management experience preferred
Good supplier knowledge
Able to think outside the box to solve problems/ trouble shoot
I.T proficient
Good supplier negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great team player
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Be assertive and honest
Great attention to detail
Confident, selfmotivated with a positive attitude and excellent leadership and planning skills
