A great opportunity to join a growing business as an Administration Assistant. Our client is looking for someone to support multiple departments across their commercial property business.

The role is varied, supporting telecoms, Sales and Marketing and Facilities Management teams. You will be taking inbound sales calls, managing, and developing agent relationships, CRM administration and reporting.


Duties include:

  • Answer sales calls and provide the required information by resolving queries.
  • Converting enquiries to tours by arranging with appropriate Area Manager or Agent.
  • Helping the team meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Telecoms Admin supporting telecoms team with queries.
  • Processing licences
  • Support Facilities with admin duties.

Key Skills and experience:

  • You will come from an admin background.
  • Your will need to be customer focused and proactive.
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines, always ensuring accuracy.
  • Be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail to spot issues.
  • You will be tenacious in your chasing of accurate information and setting challenging timescales for the completion of outstanding actions with colleagues.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people through a variety of mediums.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and CRM knowledge.
