Role Overview:
As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the company


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering office calls and managing the company inbox, efficiently handling daily queries and requests from clients.
  • Monitoring and managing the field team operations through the company WhatsApp, starting from 7 am to review team correspondence.
  • Assisting and supporting the management team and scheduler in their daily operations.
  • Managing team absence and working closely with the scheduler to arrange site cover.
  • Organising access and supporting the scheduler in arranging access for operatives.
  • Monitoring and managing operative's queries, ensuring timely delivery of information for maintenance works.
  • Recording and monitoring operatives' arrival time and logging it to the client report sheets.
  • Reporting and logging team holiday requests, receipts, expenses, and material requests.
  • Saving all team photos to property folders immediately after reviewing any issues.
  • Promptly clarifying maintenance issues with operatives and taking necessary action before reporting to the client.
  • Issuing daily reports to clients for all contracted and reactive works
  • Logging maintenance works inhouse and reporting job progress and completion to clients.
  • Issuing quotes to clients for approval for materials and small reactive works.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Operations Executive role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and the field team.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities, enabling you to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively.
  • Confidence and the ability to make clear and concise decisions.
  • Highly motivated with a drive for success and a passion for the property services sector.
  • Previous experience in a similar operations or administrative role would be advantageous.

Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year
