An Opportunity has arisen in Local Services for Band 4 Team Administrators ACROSS OUR COMMUNITY MENTHAL HEALTH TEAMS

We are seeking experienced, confident and personable administrators for the above roles.

  • Experience in using an EPRSystem ie Rio & or System
  • Experience in supporting the referral pathway
  • Good minutetaking skills (to support MDT/CIGS/Business meetings)
  • Good at communicating both in writing and verbally with team members, professionals from other teams and patients
  • Able to deal with patients who are emotionally vulnerable/distressed compassionately and appropriately
  • Organised
  • Use own initiatives and be proactive
  • Good IT skills, such as good at Excel and able to learn how to use WLBI
  • Confident and have the ability to work alone
