You will need to have experience in either Contract, Permanent recruitment, delivery, account management or business development along with being confident in new business generation, a winning personality and a desire to work hard as you be highly rewarded with an amazing commission package_

Overview of role:


  • Developing new business for specific team
  • Meet or exceed agree sales targets and KPIs on business development activity
  • Ability to 'land and expand' within clients using whatever information, connections or tools are at our disposal
  • Specialist research in the IT/SAP industry in order to act as a market expert
  • Qualification of the vacant positions of your clients
